The applicant proposes phase C of the Skye Area Plan, the most eastern part of the development next to Highland. The proposed preliminary plat includes 369 Single Family Homes and 228 Twin Homes. It also includes several open space corridors with trails, a civic site, and a site for a future clubhouse. The applicant also asks for an exception to the maximum block length because of grade.
