Consultation has concluded

DR Horton is requested to change the zoning from transitional holding (TH-5) to Planned Community (PC).

This land was already approved as part of the Skye Area Plan. The Land Use Plan Map of the Area Plan designates the land use. This zone change will just point to the Area Plan to guide the development of the land.

Because the Area Plan and General Plan Designations were already approved, significant evidence of significant negative impact would have to be provided to deny the zone change.
