DR Horton proposes adding 880 acres currently in Draper into the Skye Area Plan. This concept represents the first step to amend the area plan to include these additional acres.

The plan shows townhomes and small lot single family to the south with larger lots to the north in the hills.

They also show 500 acres that would be dedicated to Lehi City as open space.

A general plan land use designation is going concurrently to Planning Commission. You can learn more about the proposed land uses here.

This also will go to City Council with the proposed Draper-Lehi Municipal Boundary Adjustment. You can learn more about that here.
