Bar and Liquor Store Development Code Amendment

CLOSED: This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and will be scheduled for City Council on March 12, 2024.

Staff recommends the addition of the Liquor Store and Bar use to the Table of Uses to be consistent with Chapter 12 and 39 of the Development Code. Additionally, the Commercial Campgrounds use is being added to the Table of Uses to be consistent with Chapter 39 and the current zoning of Willow Park Campground.
