Trademark Visual is requesting conditional use approval for a 25-foot pylon sign along 2100 North for the IHC Primary Children's Hospital. The applicant has stated this is to help patients, emergency services, and personnel better navigate the hospital. The sign will also have an electronic display on it to advertise hospital events to the local community.
