The Lehi Pointe Phase 4 Concept plan is located at approximately 3450 North Digital Drive in a Commercial Zone. The concept includes a seven-story condominium tower, a plaza with open space and retail, and other retail pads.

Background

This concept will go to City Council with a Development Agreement for consideration. If approved, the Development Agreement will allow for the 125 residential units on this parcel in a Commercial zone. These units would be allowed in lieu of payment for the Developer’s contribution to a loop road on the north side of the hospital.

Site Layout

The proposed concept that the DRC reviewed includes a seven-story condominium building with structured parking below the housing units. It includes 125 residential units and 316 parking stalls. South of the residential structure is a plaza with open space and two retail pads. It also shows a Longhorn Steakhouse to the west.
