The Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation on this subdivision
Fort Street Partner's proposes a 7-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 1090 West 3300 North. The proposed single family lots range in size from just over 10,000 square feet to over 14,000 square feet. They also meet the frontage requirements for the R-1-10 zone.
The proposed subdivision will also complete the 1090 West street, and include a pedestrian trail connection to 1200 West.
Subdivisions are an administrative item. If they meet the Code requirements for the zone they are in, they have to be approved. This one meets the Code. Residents can still provide useful feedback if there are any specific concerns related to the site that they want the Commission and Developer to consider. We also invite any and all questions about Code Requirements, the development, the development process, or anything else.
