The applicant wants to have TH-5 zoning on area that will come into Lehi from Draper. This land can be better served by Lehi utilities and services. The TH-5 zoning is transitional zoning, allowing it to come into the City but nothing can be built on it. The applicant has expressed the intent to include this land in the Micron Area Plan. This will include a future zone change to Planned Community (PC).
