Consultation has concluded

The applicant is requesting approval of the Lehi Commercial Concept Plan located at 3701 West 2150 North in the Holbrook Farms Planned Community zone. The proposed commercial buildings with drive-thru's are a permitted use within that zone. This concept plan is the first step towards final approval and will be followed by a future site plan.

The applicant is requesting an exception to the Chapter 37 State Highway Design Standards. They are requesting there be parking between the building and 2150 North instead of having the building front the street directly. The applicant has expressed a willingness to work on this but would like to explore an exception first to maximize the buildable area of the site.
