Fox Brothers Development is seeking review of a development agreement for Grant’s Corner located at approximately 90 North 500 West. A concept plan was approved for this project, but a development agreement is required to allow the proposed use of office/warehouse in the Mixed Use zone.

The development agreement considers the details included with the concept submittal, including requested exceptions by the applicant. The development agreement ensures that the final site plan will include the details and design elements that the Planning Commission and City Council previously wanted to see.
