Consultation has concluded
DR Horton is asking for approval to put up project placemaking signs at three spots in the Inverness Planned Community. These signs are slightly bigger than regular monument signs and have a rock feature that sticks out. Because of these features, they fit better under the “project placemaking” category in the Development Code.
Project placemaking signs help make an area feel special and unique, like the ones in the Traverse Mountain area.
The proposed Inverness signs meet all the rules for sign size and other requirements. The site plans were checked to make sure the signs don’t interfere with utility lines, sightlines, or other important areas.
