The Applicant seeks a grading permit for Holbrook Industrial Building 5 located at the southwest corner of Hudson Way and Redwood Road.
The applicant has received approval on a site plan for the overall site on June 8th, 2023 from the Planning Commission. A grading permit is now being requested by the applicant. The applicant’s narrative states that the grading requires a cut of 118,026 bank cubic yards and fill of 124,219 loose cubic yards, leaving a net of 6,193 cubic yards of soil. The material will be transported off site at a rate of about 16 truck loads a day with a projected completion date three months after the start date. A haul route plan and re-vegetation plan was included in the submitted approximately 1.2 million cubic yards and will be moved to a different location on site.
