This proposal is to amend the zoning of this property from Commercial to Heavy Commercial. This is following the approval of a General Plan Amendment to Heavy Commercial. The Heavy Commercial designation is intended to allow warehousing, light manufacturing, and some retail/office uses that do not impact existing and planned residential areas. The applicant is submitting a concept plan for this property concurrently with this zone change.
