Griffith Estates Zone Change
Consultation has concluded
The applicant is seeking review and recommendation of a proposed zone change from A-5 to R-1-22 on 3.43 acres of property located at approximately 300 E 1630 S. The General Plan designation of VLDRA is consistent with the zone change request. The rezone application will allow the applicant to increase the allowed density on the property from one unit per five acres to 1.75 units per acre.
The applicant concurrently submitted a concept plan for a PUD that would dedicate 6.11 acres of property to Lehi City for open space preservation and the Pony Express Parkway Extension.
