1100 West and 100 South

I'm concerned about the changes this plan makes to density in this area. A request by a developer to change density in this area was brought before the planning commission and city council recently, and it was denied because it doesn't make sense to increase density in this area due to infrastructure and traffic concerns. MANY residents expressed concern over the proposed changes. A petition against increasing density here with over 600 signatures was also submitte. Please consider all of those voices and the input given by city council regarding this neighborhood and don't increase density in an already over taxed traffic and infrastructure area.
