This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and will go to City Council on August 27, 2024. 

The applicant requests review and recommendation of a proposed zone change on 877.46 acres located at approximately 4400 North Horton Way. This is the land that came into the City in 2022 from Draper City. During that time no zoning was designated. This proposed zone change amendment will officially designate it as Planned Community.

A large portion of this area is also included in the 500 acres guaranteed to be preserved as undisturbed hillside.
