Consultation has concluded

Lehi City requests amendments to Chapter 37 of the Code as well as Table 37.070. The proposed change will add dog parks as a stated potential amenity for multi-family developments. Developers have always had the option to propose providing a dog park to fulfill the requirement, but it was not stated before. By stating it, the City hopes more developers will choose to provide dog parks as dog ownership continues to grow.

This is a public hearing item. The public can provide positive or negative feedback on the proposed changes and also offer recommendations for any language changes.
