Consultation has concluded

A proposed new Development Code section outlining a process for the City Council to approve this overlay zone. A developer would guarantee that the home sale price will be at least 20% below the market value of homes from the base concept. The City Council will create a Development Agreement that outlines the specifics for each development. The goal is to provide first time homeownership opportunities with an emphasis on helping essential workers.
