The Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation to City Council. It will go to City Council on November 15th. The Planning Commission also recommended that the bicycle parking requirement should be increased as well. 

Lehi City proposes adding a requirement for residential clubhouse parking. The proposed amount is 1 stall per 300 square feet of the clubhouse and 1 stall per 200 feet of any pool area.

I think the requirement should also relate to the amount of units in the community. I live in cold spring ranch. DR Horton is years away from finishing the community & the clubhouse parking lot already gets full in the summer.
