This item received a negative recommendation from the Planning Commission and will go to City Council on September 14th. 

Lehi City requests to change the zoning from TH-5 to R-1-12 on 4.29 acres on the west side of 600 East and Airport Drive.

The City Council approved the General Plan Amendment from Public Facility to Low Density Residential on June 8, 2021. This zone change is the next step.

The City plans to create seven to eight residential lots to sell. The proceeds of this sell will help pay for the land acquisition for the road connection of 600 East.
