The applicant wants approval for a plat amendment to create a new lot in Lot 2 for the first phase of the Exchange Business Center. They plan to make more changes in the future to add another commercial lot for the second building. The Neighborhood Commercial zone doesn’t have a minimum lot size requirement, and the plat will still have 60 feet of frontage, meeting all requirements of the Neighborhood Commercial.
