Consultation has concluded
The applicant requests approval of the Crump eight-foot conditional use fence located at 1383 S 1960 W.
All fences greater than six feet in height require a conditional use permit. The applicant provided an aerial map showing where the requested eight-foot fence will be installed, which is along the backyard perimeter on the north, east, and south sides. The applicant’s narrative states that this fence is meant to help with privacy since the neighbor to the north has built up their future RV pad to about one foot higher than their yard grade and they would like to proactively prevent any issues with the property to the east. The request for the fence along the south side of the lot to be eight feet is to be consistent with the other sides.
This proposal meets the fencing requirements in Chapter 12 of the Development Code.
